It’s not just about the walking…before the operation Thomas had a very insecure pencil grip and his wrist was high up in the air so he tired very easily. Consequently he avoided drawing, colouring and writing and this worried me. Now his wrist is down and he will happily draw and colour for what feels likes hours. It’s beautiful. Last week he won his first drawing competition.
